The FutureGen Young Women Leaders Award ("The Award"), organized by the FutureGen Girls Foundation, will recognize teen girls who have dedicated themselves to realizing their full potential through the development of future ready skills and leadership experiences culminating in empowering accomplishments. In the long run, the Award hopes to become an emblem of excellence recognized by schools, universities, companies, and institutes, enabling participants to enjoy a wide variety of opportunities.

Jennifer is a Board Member of CTF Education Group and served as Group President and Deputy Vice Chairwoman for five years until July 2025, where she led the Group’s growth into one of the Greater Bay Area’s leading K-12 education ecosystems, impacting nearly 10,000 students annually across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
[Hong Kong, 25 November 2025] — The FutureGen Girls Foundation (the “Foundation”) hosted its inaugural FutureGen Young Women Leaders Award Ceremony last Saturday, recognizing teen girls for their youth to careers development. The Award Ceremony was held at The GalaMuse, K11 ATELIER, Victoria Dockside, in the presence of leaders from government, education, and business.
Launched by the Foundation in May 2024, the FutureGen Young Women Leaders Award (the “Award”) aims to empower girls aged 12–19 to Discover Their Paths. Lead Their Futures. Over the past year, over 600 girls have joined as members of the new Award Scheme. The inaugural Award Ceremony recognized 35 students who have reached the Bronze Award milestone by participating in: skill-building workshops, career experiences, and community projects.
From the courtroom to crisis centers, from Africa to Hong Kong, last week Founding Board Director @secycheung Cheung shared her life journey with more than 120 girls at Pope Paul VI College — a story of courage, change, and purpose!
She also introduced the FGG Young Women Leaders Award, explaining how teen girl members are “Discovering Their Paths • Leading Their Futures”!
