Program Overview:
The ESG internship program at Caritas aims to provide hands-on experience and exposure to the principles of Environmental, Social, and Governance practices in the non-profit sector. Interns will work closely with different service units in Caritas to understand and contribute to sustainable initiatives.
Program Structure:
1. Orientation and Training:
Introduction to Caritas’s mission, vision
Training on ESG principles, frameworks, and best practices in the non-profit sector.
2. Service Assignments:
Interns will be assigned to specific ESG-related service based on their interests and skills.
3. Mentorship and Guidance:
Each intern will be paired with a mentor from the organization to provide guidance and support throughout the internship.
4. Program Outcomes:
Gain practical experience in implementing ESG practices in a non-profit setting.
Contribute to meaningful projects that drive positive environmental and social change.
Build a professional network within the ESG and non-profit sectors.
5. Evaluation and Certification:
Interns will be evaluated based on their service outcome, contributions, and overall performance during the program. Upon successful completion, interns will receive a certificate recognizing their participation in the ESG internship at Caritas
